OH - ABC - CONN-FINGER & CONN-TOE

Pre-insulated compression links include both lugs CONN-TOE and connector CONN-FINGER, with a stop in the middle. A black thermoplastic sealed with a flexible elastomer ring. A neutral contact grease in the tube which improve the contact area and protect the conductors against oxidation. The crimping is realized on the plastic part according to the marks on the body of the sleeve. Pre-insulated connector CONN-FINGER are used to make an electrical joint between two aerial bundled conductors (Aluminum-Aluminum). Our range is designed for full tension applications but of course they can be used in non-tension applications. There are other connectors available on request for both non and full tension applications. Pre-insulated lugs CONN-TOE are used to terminate aerial bundled conductors (Aluminum-Aluminum) onto switchgear, busbars or isolators.

FEATURES

• Clear markings on insulation sheath to indicate crimping die, crimping sequence and times, cross-section of conductor and stripping length.

• Cross-section of conductor can be easily identified by the color of elastomeric cap.

• Elastomeric caps and pre-filled silicone grease ensure superior waterproof.

• Tested by dielectrical voltage of 6kV for 1 minute underwater.
