OH - MV - Clamp - PINCE-SNAIL

Aluminum alloy stirrup clamp – PINCE-SNAIL is manufactured for making temporary or permanent ground connections to aluminum tubing. The copper stirrup loop is tin plated and is compressed into the body costing. The PINCE-SNAIL can be used with aluminum or ACSR conductor while Eyestem is at 30º angle from the stirrup. Through using Eyestem, the engineer can use hotstick to install with energized conductor.

INSTALLATION GUILDELINES

Step 1: Unscrew the nuts of PINCE-OCTOx

Step 2: Spreading the A.B.C and insert each conductor into each channel of PINCE-OCTOx

Step 3: Screw the nuts carefully.

Step 4: Anchor the clamp on a hook.Step 5: Additional tightening is achieved automatically by the cleats
